Tuscan Studio is a 504 sq ft. completely private, Italian style furnished and decorated studio apartment. This all-inclusive corporate lodging has everything to offer as the larger Cottage. It is situated in the same safe, quiet and prime location in Huntington Park, a beautifully landscaped setting with

many shade trees. Fort Liberty, Pope and area Hospitals are conveniently accessed via All American Freeway. (distance from Cottage to Freeway is about one mile) 

soaps, and *paper items are provided for the first few weeks.

The Studio and Cottage are all inclusive. 

The rental amount includes:

Towels, all bedding, duvet covers and quality linens,

 Wi-Fi, cable, electricity, water, ( Aquasana water filter for nontoxic, clean water) Washer and Dryer in unit, whisper quiet heat/air unit which you will set at your desired temperature, outdoor grilling area, private courtyard with lawn furniture and private, safe, well-lit parking in driveway in front of Cottage/Studio.
