We offer hassle free rent payments and provide you with a Government approved receipt for your quick and easy Government reimbursement. 

Prices are all inclusive. No extra charges for electricity, water, trash, parking, Wi-Fi and cable channels. 

Prices may depend on:

length of stay,

number of guests, 

time, seasons and availability.

Booking conditions apply. May include advanced payment and nonrefundable deposit.

The holding deposit guarantees that we will hold the Cottage or Studio for you. If we have not received the $600.00 holding/security deposit, the Cottage/ Studio reservation may not be guaranteed. If this reservation is cancelled the holding deposit may be nonrefundable.

The balance of your reservation will be charged before or on the day of your arrival.

Long term guest will be billed beginning of each month or as otherwise specified and agreed upon.

A valid Identification Card and or, - Credit Card may be required at check in.

Rates and availability are subject to change.

A 13 % City and state tax may apply for short term rental ( less than 90 days.)

Rental application, a credit and background check may be required.
We accept cashier checks.

A 3.7% ( or current fee)  credit card transaction fee will be charged for all rent payments made with credit card. 

Government and TDY guests will not be held liable to pay the remainder of the rent if their contract is terminated early with proof of termination from the Government and one month advanced notification.

We charge a small fee for housekeeping.  Please let us know if you need this service .
